Located in Fassifern on the western side of Lake Macquarie, Charlton is a K–12 co-educational Christian school founded on the values of Love, Integrity, Faith and Empowerment.

You Will Bring:

· A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, regular attendance in a local Christian church, and willingness to uphold and support the College's Statement of Faith in all aspects of the role

· Knowledge of, and strong commitment to, child safety in an educational setting, including awareness of mandatory reporting obligations and safe practices when working with children and families

· Proven ability to align professional practice with the AITSL Teacher Standards

· Capacity to integrate a Christian perspective into curriculum and classroom practice
