The Venues

The Tollgate Hotel is a fantastic venue that caters to a variety of clientele based in North Parramatta. The venue operates a busy bar, bistro, entertainment, events, gaming and tab facilities.

The Role

Successful candidates will:

  • Possess a solid background in all facets of bar and gaming operations or someone new to the industry willing to apply themselves and learn the ropes
  • Have a strong focus on customer service, while maintaining and driving growth within the venue
  • Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • An outgoing and motivated personality with high levels of energy
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
