Queensland Country Meats Pty Ltd are a forward-moving, dynamic company supplying high quality products and workmanship to Western Queensland and beyond.

We are located in Roma, QLD and are currently looking for a Smallgoods Maker who is able to work in a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare primal meat cuts ready for smallgoods manufacture

· Prepare Sausage, pork, lamb and beef for smallgoods manufacture

· Pickle products for ham, bacon and smallgoods manufacture

· Cook, slice and package smallgoods products

Key Requirements:

· Ensure workplace and tools are kept clean and sterilised in accordance with workplace health and safety regulations

· Always abide by company policies and procedures including company dress standard

· Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience

· Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications.

· Drivers Licence

Position Offers:

  • Full-Time Hours
  • Permanent
  • Salary between $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation
