The Role:

We are looking for an experienced advisor to co-manage a high performing Private Accounting and Tax team.

Clients include:

  • Ultra-high-net-worth family groups
  • Investment and trading groups
  • Entrepreneurial founder led businesses

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of a client portfolio including client relationship, compliance and advisory engagements covering tax and business-related issues
  • Providing direction and training to junior team members, including conducting regular team meetings
  • Track and monitor various individual and team KPIs, such as financial targets and ATO lodgements
  • Acting as a mentor/coaching manager, conducting appraisals, goal review and goal setting

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enjoyment of challenges and problem solving
  • Proficient tax and accounting skills
  • Clear and articulate communication skills
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Staff management and development experience
  • Relevant degree and CA/CPA qualified
