About the role
You'll play a key role in connecting older people and their families with the home care services they need to live safely and independently at home. You will manage enquiries, referrals, and engagement activities that promote MercyCare's services, while building strong relationships with clients, families, referrers, and community partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client interaction, thrives on organisation and communication, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and support.
In this role, you will maintain accurate stakeholder and contact information, complete administrative tasks, and support initiatives that enhance client engagement, participation, and satisfaction. You will also represent MercyCare at community events to strengthen awareness and connections and contribute to data collection, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
About you
You're a proactive, organised and compassionate communicator who enjoys helping people navigate services and options with empathy and professionalism. You will also:
- Certificate III in Business, Administration, Marketing or equivalent (highly regarded)
- Experience in administration, customer service or stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online platforms
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
