The Role:

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our production area, preparing aluminium frames for screen printing. This role involves manual, physical work and would suit someone who enjoys being active and part of a supportive small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grinding, sanding, and cleaning aluminium frames prior to screen preparation
  • Assisting with general workshop duties as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  • Following safety procedures and using PPE correctly (all PPE provided)
  • Working as part of a small, friendly team

What We're Looking For:

  • A good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely
  • Experience in a workshop or production environment is an advantage, but not required
