, we are seeking a skilled
Powdercoat Spray Painter
to join our team.

The Role

• Operate automated spray equipment safely and efficiently on horizontal and vertical paint lines, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Perform hand-spraying tasks on the horizontal paint line as required, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
• Work across multiple production shifts (day and afternoon, with potential for night shift) to support operational demands.
• Maintain and inspect spray equipment and PPE, ensuring compliance with safety standards and process requirements.
• Apply knowledge of powder coating processes gained through internal training or verified external experience to enhance production quality.

The Applicant

• Experience in powder coating with knowledge of both automated and hand-spraying techniques preferred but not essential.
• Familiar with operating and maintaining spray equipment and adhering to safety standards, including PPE usage preferred but not essential.
• Flexible to work across multiple shifts, with current operations on day and afternoon shifts.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes and meeting production targets.
• Skilled in applying industry practices, with experience gained through formal training or hands-on work in similar environments.
