The Role:

As our Store Manager, you'll bring together a love of hospitality with a passion for retail, creating a space where customers can relax, browse, and shop for everything they need before they fly.

As our Full-Time Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, creating a welcoming space where great service and style set the tone. With a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences, you'll guide and develop your team to achieve their best, while keeping store operations running smoothly and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, eye for detail, and ability to build strong connections will shape both the customer journey and the team culture every day.

What You'll Do: Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style

Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts

Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine

Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail

Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards

Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance at all times

Bring forward fresh menu ideas and contribute to new activations that enhance the café experience

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment

Experience in a retail and or hospitality leadership environment a great bonus

Strong communication and coaching abilities

Confidence to take initiative and own your role

A "hands-on" leader who thrives in a team setting

Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays) - 

Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
