Chiropractic Receptionist

About the role

We're currently seeking a warm, confident, and capable Chiropractic Receptionist to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient front-desk support to our patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

This is a job share role, working Wednesdays and Fridays (8.30am - 1pm then 2pm-5.30/6.00pm), with Saturdays (8.30am-1pm)on a rotating roster. The ability to cover additional shifts during staff leave (sick or annual) is also required.

Essential Requirements

• Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends

Prefer but not essential

• Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant
• Familiarity with Cliniko practice management software

Main duties include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a professional manner
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
• Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
• Processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPS and online systems
• Balancing and reconciling end-of-day takings
• Providing general administrative support to the chiropractic team
• Light cleaning and maintaining a high standard of clinic presentation
