Data Entry Clerk

We are a business center with a diverse range of clients, therefore an ability to adapt to varying client demands is a must. We are a large team who work together for a common goal to ensure that our clients are happy with service we provide.

We're expanding our operations and require an Data Entry Clerks to join our friendly team on a Full - Time basis

Our industry is fast-paced and dynamic. The role involves all aspects of administration activities, including (but not limited to):

• providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to employees, clients, providers and internal customer enquiries
• promoting the business in a positive way to achieve sales, including via phone and face-to-face, etc. and;
• invoicing of completed jobs;

The work is complex, interesting and very rewarding - you will be challenged in a good way, with lots of support around you.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• a genuine passion for customer service, with strong skills in promoting and selling services
• excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work independently
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail - preferably with MYOB experience, but not essential
• highly organised and efficient, with excellent time management skills
• strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation
• strong experience with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy is essential
• previous data entry experience preferred but not essential
• required to do adhoc tasks as needed
