Job Title: Property Strategist
The role:
As a Strategist at Stonehhart, you will play a critical role in guiding everyday Australians through their investment journey and into long-term wealth creation.
This is not a role for the unmotivated or comfort-seekers. We are looking for individuals with grit, discipline, and a deep hunger to win.
You'll be responsible for managing the full investment process, from lead to settlement, while being a trusted advisor to clients ready to change their financial future.
Key responsibilities:
- Understanding a client's financial position and presenting them with a tailored property strategy.
- Helping clients reduce their tax, build equity, and take control of their financial future through property.
- Managing the full client lifecycle: from initial contact through to property settlement.
- Following up and nurturing your pipeline with purpose and consistency.
- Actively prospecting for new clients through social media, B2B channels, seminars, and other creative means.
About you:
- You have relentless work ethic and a willingness to put in the reps.
- You thrive under pressure and take ownership of your results.
- You communicate with confidence and listen with intent.
- You have a strong interest in property and finance — or experience in the space.
- You're coachable, goal-driven, and not afraid of the word "no".
