We are open to training someone with the right mechanical aptitude and relevant experience or considering a qualified and seasoned technician. Salary level available will depend on your qualifications and experience.

This is a hands-on role involving the assembly, calibration, servicing, and repair of specialised torque tools and related equipment. You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team where learning, accountability, and quality workmanship are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, service and calibrate torque tools and related equipment
- Maintain equipment calibration registers and service records
- Prepare job reports and assist with fault investigations
- Efficiently and accurately record date in ERP system
- Support warehousing and inventory tasks as needed
- Operate and maintain workshop tools and testing equipment
- Follow all safety policies and take ownership of work quality and outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Completion of Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
- Strong technical aptitude and practical, hands-on ability
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office + other business systems)
- Manual handling ability
- Applicants must be Australian citizens only
Desirable:
- Trade qualification or relevant technical certificate
- Understanding of pneumatics, electrics & hydraulics
- Experience in tool service, repair, or calibration
- Background in a workshop, mechanical, or manufacturing environment
