Carlton Contracting is on the hunt for hard-working machine operators to join our powerhouse team in Rockingham, WA

We've been keeping the wheels turning and the industry moving for 27 years — now it's your turn to be a part of something solid.

We work across the Rockingham/Kwinana industrial strip, handling everything from refinery work to major projects. There's plenty of action, big machines, and even bigger opportunities.


We're Hiring – MUST HAVE ALL TICKETS BELOW
  • Excavator Operators
  • Front End Loader Operators
  • Skid Steer Operators
  • Forklift Operators
  • 6-Wheel Tipper Truck Drivers

Must-Have Tickets:

(No ticket, no start – simple as that)

  • Blue/White Card
  • HR Licence (for truck drivers)
  • High-Risk Forklift Licence (a bonus)
  • Machine Tickets
  • Dangerous Goods Security Card (a bonus)

What You Need to Bring:
  • Be fit, strong, and ready to get stuck in – it's not all machine work, there's labouring too
  • Be safety smart – we work in Major Hazard Facilities, so knowing your way around the rules is a must
  • Be a team player who pulls their weight and helps the crew win
