About the Role:

We are seeking a RN Educator to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis 3 x days per week for IMMEDIATE START

You will be based at our Turramurra home, located at 34 Curagul Rd, Turramurra NSW 2074.

Your days of employment will be flexible from Monday to Friday 08:00-4:30pm (flexible start and finish times).

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will:

1. Current registration with AHPRA and preferably 2 years or more experience in an aged care setting
2. Excellent clinical and assessment skill
3. Have sound knowledge of  AnAcc documentation or willing to learn
4. Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
5. Valid Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to function within a multi-disciplinary team
7. Knowledge of Residential Aged Care Quality Standards
8. Excellent computer skills
9. Implement audit actions and recommendations
10. Support orientation and induction programs for new staff, delivering face-to-face (F2F) and Teams-based education as required
11. Experience in Lee Care (electronic clinical management), electronic medication management systems, and Moving on Audits (MOA) is highly beneficial
12. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work effectively with 
    
    other staff
