Position Summary:

  • Providing clients with best solution of moving cargo from their 3PL storage, whether

at a Navia or partner warehouse.

  • Ensuring SOPs and KPI's are met for receivals and orders
  • Assisting warehouse with picks and receivals where required
  • Customer Service for Specified Accounts
  • Order Management for clients

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all 3PL tasks are handled from start to finish:

Ø  Correctly receipt cargo into warehouse, checking in to the allocated location

Ø  Arrange urgent picks when required

Ø  Monitor new orders throughout the day

Ø  Confirm picks and orders are ready for delivery within l

Ø  Arrange booking with transport

Ø  Providing best solution to move cargo for clients

Ø  Ensure correct orders are dispatched to the correct contractor

Ø  Ensure billing is done as per each clients' requirement, and that all tasks are

accounted for and billed accordingly

Ø  Complete stocktake when required

Ø  Ensuring Physical stock is correctly shown in Cargowise

  • Communicating with National 3PL Manager where required to ensure Processes run

smoothly and efficiently

  • Ensuring final mile carriers selected are the best options for Navia and client, where

not sourcing other transport options

  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and standards
  • Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures
  • Any other duties as directed by management
