STEM Teacher Assistant

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated STEM Teacher Assistant to help inspire young students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting classroom management and creating a positive, engaging learning environment. In this role, you'll assist with hands-on STEM activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. A passion for working with kids and the ability to keep a fun yet disciplined classroom is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with after-school STEM activities for students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour.
  • Help with roll marking.
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment.
  • Record and track students' progress.
  • Communicate with families about student development.

Schedule: Afternoon shift (3:00–5:00 pm)

Requirements:

  • WWC (Working with Children) number required
  • Available Friday afternoons.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
