About Us:
Skins2Go is a leading wholesale manufacturer of blinds, awnings, and curtains. We pride ourselves on efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Purchasing Assistant to join our growing operations team.
About the Role:
You'll support the purchasing and inventory team by entering and maintaining accurate data, processing orders, and assisting with supplier communication. This role suits someone organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update product, stock, and order data accurately
- Assist with raising purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries
- Reconcile invoices and ensure purchasing records are current
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times and order details
- Support general admin tasks within the purchasing department
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong computer skills (Excel and ERP experience preferred)
- Organised, efficient, and proactive in communication
- Experience in purchasing or admin (advantageous but not essential)
- Positive team attitude and willingness to learn
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
