We are seeking a
Migration Agent (MARA Registered)
who combines expert knowledge of Australian migration law with strong client engagement and commercial capability. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end visa cases, conduct consultations, and drive portfolio growth through effective client service and relationship management.

What You'll Do

• Conduct client consultations and eligibility assessments across visa subclasses.
• Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications in line with
  Department of Home Affairs (DoHA)
  and
  MARA
  standards.
• Handle complex cases, including AAT reviews and appeals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Convert qualified leads through follow-ups and personalised advice.
• Collaborate with Eduget's education and workforce teams to provide integrated client pathways.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and compliance records in
  ImmiAccount
  and
  CRM
  systems.

What You Bring

• Current
  MARA registration (MARN)
  and thorough understanding of Australian migration law.
• 2–3+ years of experience
  in migration consulting or visa case management.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios, convert leads, and meet service or revenue goals.
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in
  ImmiAccount
  , CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Points For

• Experience across
  CRICOS, ESOS
  , or
  student visa
  streams.
• Multilingual or cross-cultural communication capability.
• Prior exposure to
  education or workforce placement
  environments.
• Confidence in presenting at
  information sessions or webinars
  .
