Adore Beauty is landing in WA, and we're looking for standout Assistant Store Managers to help bring our new stores to life.

We're opening two brand-new locations at Carousel and Booragoon, marking an exciting next chapter in our retail journey. What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day store operations with energy and precision

  • Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment

  • Creating exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service

  • Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution

  • Driving results while keeping culture front and centre

Who You Are

  • You've had experience in retail leadership, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor

  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments

  • You lead by example and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves

  • You're passionate about people, customer experience, and creating a great place to work

  • Experience in beauty or fashion is a big plus, but not essential
