TP Human Capital is currently recruiting for a Ponds Operator to support a leading processing operation in the Townsville region. This is an ongoing role, offering stability and the opportunity to be part of a professional team.

About the Role:

  • Roster: 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Shift: Day shift only
  • Location: Townsville-based – be home every night

What You'll Need:

  • Current Loader, Moxie, and Excavator tickets (all essential)
  • QLD Drivers License (no restrictions)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
