FMI Building Innovation is expanding in New South Wales and we're looking for a skilled Furnace Operator to join our high-performing team of Glass Processors.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor the glass tempering furnace and associated equipment
• Ensure correct loading/unloading of glass to maintain quality and safety
• Conduct quality checks and minor maintenance as required
• Work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience operating glass tempering furnaces (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of glass handling standards
• Reliable, physically fit, and a great team player
• Commitment to health and safety practices
