The Partner Readiness Engineer serves as the main pre-sales technical point of contact for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions' distributors as well as assisting the distributors with their managed partners.
What you will do:
Technical Enablement & Training
Support distributors through hands-on training, webinars, and product roadmap presentations to build confidence in Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
Partner Engagement & Collaboration
Work closely with distributor teams—both technical and business—to maintain strong relationships, support joint events, and manage certification activities.
Solution Development & Feedback
Capture and prioritize feature requests from partners, contribute to solution development, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor materials for the APAC market.
Pre-Sales & Demo Support
Guide distributors through trial setups, proof-of-concept builds, and demo environments, while coordinating with enterprise support teams. Travel flexibility is required.

Experienced Technical Partner
Over 5 years supporting tech partners like resellers and distributors to deliver secure networking and wireless solutions that work in real-world environments.
Strong Communicator & Presenter
Skilled at explaining complex ideas clearly—whether in writing, presentations, or team discussions—with a creative approach that keeps people engaged.
Proactive & Reliable
A self-starter who consistently delivers results, takes ownership, and builds trust through integrity and accountability.
Strategic & Collaborative
Understands business goals and works well across teams to align technical solutions with commercial success.
Deep Tech Know-How
Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi, mobile networks, VPNs, and cybersecurity tools—plus familiarity with advanced networking setups and industry certifications like Cisco and Ericsson.
