Brief Job Summary:

The Social Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience insights, content creation best practices, and campaign measurement and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain WIPs, campaign calendar, asset tag and approvals

  • Support finance processes, POs, invoice checks, budget reconcilliation

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across Meta, Instagram, TikTok (and others as needed).

  • Write copy, cover basic design and oversee content production to client specs.

  • Manage community engagement with professionalism and escalation judgment.

  • Supports with monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.

  • On-time content delivery & posting accuracy

  • Community queries responded/escalated within agreed SLAs

  • Reports include actionable insights, not just data

  • Developing content that is aligned to the social strategy in place

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in a social media role, supporting the rollout of paid and organic campaigns across platforms, ideally in an agency environment

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for creating engaging content.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).

  • Knowledge and understanding of paid media

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
