An exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive finance professional to join a dynamic finance team. You'll be responsible for managing accounts payable across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring financial processes run smoothly and efficiently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

THE ROLE
  • Process daily invoices and manual entries through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Facilitate approvals and support purchase order creation and receipting
  • Execute weekly and monthly payment runs in accordance with company timelines
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable against supplier statements
  • Review, verify, and process employee expense claims
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to the purchase order process
  • Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Respond professionally and promptly to queries regarding accounts payable
THE PERSON
  • 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role, or a recently qualified accounting graduate
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or above)
  • Experience with ERP systems is desirable
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
  • High level of integrity and ethical business practices
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
