We're opening the doors to a brand-new club in Mareeba and are on the hunt for a driven, passionate and people-focused Club Manager or Assistant Manager to lead our team from the ground up.

About the Role:

As Club Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations, member engagement, sales, team management, and creating a fun, results-driven gym culture. You'll work closely with our leadership team to build the club's presence in the local community and drive performance from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership growth and retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build a strong community vibe
  • Lead and support a small team of staff and contractors
  • Manage club operations including sales, admin, reporting, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards
  • Engage with the local community to promote the club and its services

  • Someone self-motivated, goal-driven, and ready to build a new club culture
  • A positive team player with a hands-on approach
  • Fitness qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
