Some days you'll be helping with everyday essentials like meal prep, laundry, personal care, and medication.

Other days? You might be supporting someone to rock out at a concert, learn to use a 3D printer, or craft barista-level coffee

Who We're Looking For We're after fun, reliable, compassionate people who thrive in a people-focused role. Whether you're experienced in disability or aged care, or just starting out, we'd love to hear from you (We offer pathways to Cert III in Individual Support, too.)

In This Role, You'll:

  • Provide personalised support to people with disability in home and community settings
  • Be part of a 24/7 service environment (including nights/weekends/public holidays)
  • Build connections and support inclusion in the community
  • Work closely with families, therapists, and other professionals

What You'll Need (or Be Willing to Obtain):

  • QLD Driver's Licence
  • Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
  • First Aid & CPR Cert
  • A smartphone and tech confidence
  • A positive, team-minded attitude

Pay: $26.30 – $37.73 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 – 30 per week
