About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, you'll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As a Senior Improvement Coach, you'll apply advanced coaching skills, improvement methodologies, and systems thinking to strengthen capability and drive meaningful change across our Health and Healthy Ageing services.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of improvement methodologies, with demonstrated success in applying these within healthcare settings.

  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring staff to lead improvement initiatives

  • The ability to work across cross-functional teams, to influence meaningful change. A collaborative mindset that supports staff and promotes patient-centred improvements.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the flexibility to adapt and problem solve in dynamic and complex settings.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
