About the Roles:

As a Trainee, you'll be trained to work with older people in their homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and supported. Every day will be different, and every moment meaningful.

Your role may include:

  • Personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Medication (prompting & administrating)
  • Helping with light domestic duties and meal preparation
  • Assisting with transport to appointments and social activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and dignity

What You'll Get:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)

Who We're Looking For:

Candidates who want to obtain a Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) (please note you are not eligible if you already hold this qualification)

  • Warm, respectful, and compassionate individuals
  • Great communicators who enjoy helping others
  • Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle that will pass a Vehicle Safety Checklist
  • Willing to obtain a National Police Check and required clearances
  • No prior experience needed – just a desire to learn and care
