About the Role:
As Reservations Agent you'll manage social bookings for the resort from sourcing new business, converting leads, planning, execution and being the dedicated liaison between customer and the resort. You will maximise short and long term performance in line with the annual business and strategic sales and marketing revenue plan as well as the assisting the EVT global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by sourcing new leads, converting business, and building strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through site inspections, events, and dedicated account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements and business goals.
- Provide input into business plans, sales campaigns, and product development to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasts, and updates in line with company standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, ideally within hotels or hospitality, with proven success.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, set targets, and deliver results.
- Proactive, flexible, and client-focused, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Commercially savvy and able to identify market opportunities and trends.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and planning principles is an advantage.
