We're looking for skilled and passionate butchers to join our Meat Department at FOODWORKS MELTON. If you have experience in meat cutting, customer service, and a dedication to quality, we want you to be part of our team

Position: Professional Butcher

Location: FoodWorks Melton

Hours: Full-time/Part-time

Start Time: 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and safely cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats, with a strong focus on boning beef and lamb.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and offering product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in boning beef and lamb.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts and handling techniques.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, busy store environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
