About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for precast panel projects — from tender through to project delivery. You'll work closely with our design, production, and project management teams to ensure every quote meets client specifications and budgetary expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for precast concrete panels
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, suppliers, and clients
  • Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and constructability issues
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and project pricing data
  • Support project management with technical information

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in estimating, ideally within the precast or concrete construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, engineering details, and precast manufacturing processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
