We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Housekeeper/ Second in charge to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining clean, comfortable rooms for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to motel standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies
  • Vacuum, dust, sweep, and sanitize bathrooms
  • Report maintenance or safety issues
  • Ensure carts and supplies are organized and stocked
  • Follow all cleaning protocols and safety procedures

Front Desk / Office Duties

  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
  • Take reservations and enter them into the system
  • Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs when needed
  • Maintain basic office organization
  • Communicate guest needs to housekeeping and management

Physical Requirements

  • This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting, bending, and being on your feet for most of the shift
  • Duties include pushing housekeeping carts, handling cleaning tools, and carrying linens or supplies
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as vacuuming, scrubbing, and reaching
  • Ability to move between rooms and floors throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required - training provided
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time-management skills

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 28 per week
