We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for residential construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and extensions. This role involves analyzing project drawings, specifications, and scope to determine the materials, labor, and time required to complete each project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in residential construction (2–5 years ideal).

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Proficient in estimation software such as Buildxact, ProEst, PlanSwift, or CostX which aligns to your current skills.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
