Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse (CN) to join our team in Roma. The Clinical Nurse Older Persons works in conjunction with Movement Disorder Service, which is based out of the Princess Alexander Hospital, and includes a neurologist and Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC). This position practices autonomously within the multidisciplinary team to provide nursing services within a rural health service setting.
The Clinical Nurse Older Persons contributes to the provision of high-level community nursing support through care coordination, planning and support of clients with multiple co-morbidities (including, but not limited to, Parkinsons, Dementia, and other neurological disorders of the older person) and their carers across the continuum of care.
