About the Role

We're seeking a skilled iOS developer with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) experience to help build and maintain a high-performance, cross-platform mobile application. Approximately 40% of our codebase is KMP, enabling efficient development across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality iOS application with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Collaborate on feature development using shared Kotlin code to maximize reusability across platforms.
• Work closely with designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing UI components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, supported by robust unit and integration tests.
• Apply best practices in mobile security to safeguard user data.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and stability issues.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices including Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering production iOS applications
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with production iOS application development/release
• Experienced in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experienced with developing code in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Demonstrated experience with unit testing and maintaining high code quality.
• Willingness to work extensively with Kotlin Multiplatform (40% shared codebase).

Highly Desirable

• Experienced in AppStore/Play Store submission
• Familiarity with mobile security best practices.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps with excellent performance and UX/UI.
• Must demonstrate portfolio of 3-5 mobile applications showcasing excellent performance and UX/UI design.
• Portfolio must be presented in any of the following formats: live app store links, GitHub repositories, or video demonstrations.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose Multiplatform (bonus for contributing to Android/Desktop efforts).
• Knowledge of mobile analytics and performance monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
