Salon Administrator – Casual Position (1–3 Days per Week)

At KOVA Nails & Beauty, we specialise in high-end manicures and pedicures, offering a premium experience to every client. We're looking for a Salon Administrator with a friendly personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment. Experience with KPIs is a bonus.

This is a casual role (1–3 days per week), perfect for someone seeking a long-term part-time position with opportunities to grow.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth, manage the front desk, answer calls, and respond to messages.
• Handle client bookings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote and sell home-care products to enhance the client experience.
• Day-to-day tasks such as unpacking deliveries, collecting parcels, or making small local purchases.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organisation: sweeping/mopping floors at close, emptying bins, and keeping spaces tidy throughout the day.

Additional Occasional Tasks

• Assist with inventory management.
• Support marketing by capturing photos/videos for social media.
