About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Florist to join our team. This role is part-time to start (3 days per week), with the opportunity to increase to full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Creating floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions
- Serving and advising customers in-store and over the phone
- Assisting with daily flower prep and shop maintenance
- Processing and packing orders for delivery
- Helping with event/wedding setups when needed
- Some weekend availability is required (on a rotating roster)
About You:
- Minimum 3 year floristry experience (preferred)
- A strong eye for design, colour, and flower care
- Positive attitude, great customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Team player with flexibility and reliability
- Floristry qualification is essential
