About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at Kai Rho Contracting in Ascot, Western Australia. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • MYOB Daily invoice entry, bi-monthly payables and fortnightly processing of payroll.
  • Coordinate new starters and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organised onboarding experience.

  • Assist with document collation, signature coordination both in person and docusign, and timely distribution of materials.

  • Preparing and proofreading various business documents, correspondence and presentations

  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and visitor enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases, filing systems and other administrative records
  • Assisting with the organisation of company events, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the management team as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Administrator or Executive Assistant in a professional office environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, MYOB, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise sound judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • MYOB, Xero, Cloud6, Form Sumo experience desirable.
