OPPORTUNITY – PRODUCTION TRAILER ASSEMBLER

Positions Available: 2 Full-Time Roles

Salary: Starting at $72,800 per annum + (Above award rates)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts: Monday–Friday

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    (You will be placed on a shift depending on your skills.)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly of light car and box trailers up to 4.5T ATM
  • Use of battery and power tools in a production line
  • General mechanical duties and optional light welding
  • Loading trucks and handling components (forklift skills an advantage)
  • Maintaining work pace and adhering to safety procedures
  • Following company SOPs and quality control standards
Requirements:
  • Experience using battery-powered tools
  • Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Valid Driver's Licence or reliable transport
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain — allowance provided)
  • Basic mechanical and/or welding experience (advantageous, not essential)
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Punctuality is essential
  • Non-smoking/vaping outside designated break times only
  • Must wear appropriate PPE (safety boots, pants, shirt)
Employment Conditions:
  • Full-time permanent employment
  • Weekly pay via bank transfer (Monday–Sunday pay week)
  • Closed on public holidays
