Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Behaviour Support Practitioner
to join our team in
Joondalup, WA
. You will deliver person-centred behaviour support to individuals with disability under the NDIS, working closely with participants and their support networks to create and implement evidence-based plans that promote wellbeing and independence.
To be eligible for this role, you must hold a
tertiary-level education
and a
PBS Core or Proficient registration
with the NDIS Commission. Unfortunately, we cannot consider your application if you do not meet both criteria.

What you'll do
- Develop evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans aligned with individuals' goals and NDIS plans.
- Provide high-quality support in home and community settings such as schools and group homes.
- Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical and interpersonal assessments in various environments.
- Support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills through therapeutic interventions.
- Enjoy full flexibility to complete reporting and administration from home.
What You'll Bring
- Located near Joondalup, north of the river in Western Australia.
- You will have tertiary level education in a relevant discipline.
- Core or Proficient registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Ideally, a minimum of 6 months experience in positive behaviour support.
- Hold or be eligible for an Australian driver's licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check.
