CNC Machinist

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced CNC Machinist with manual machining capabilities to join our dynamic team. This is a jobbing based role with some production style machining included.

Candidate requirements:

• An Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

• Full working rights in Australia

• Current C Class Drivers Licence (or the ability to obtain) with own transport

• Be safety conscious

• Have a positive attitude, and an eye for detail

• Be a team player

Duties include:

• Reading, interpreting and drafting technical drawings

• Programming, set up, and operation of machines

• Ensuring machined components meet required tolerances

• Monitor tooling equipment and inserts and assisting with purchasing

• Maintain workspace cleanliness

• Basic machinery maintenance

Desirable:

• Fanuc handling and programming experience

Remuneration will be tailored pending candidate experience and qualifications.
