We are now seeking customer service focused and luxury-minded individuals to join our Team as Pool Marshallensuring the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all guests using the pool facilities at The Langham, Gold Coast as the market and service leader.
Key Responsibilities
As a Pool Marshall, you are responsible to monitor pool side activity, enforcing safety rules, maintain a clean and welcoming environment and providing exceptional guest services.
You will provide superior service, quality and ultimately a seamless and luxury guest experience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic service to build great memories for our guests and team.
You will be the friendly and vigilant presence at our stunning hotel pool, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will uphold of high standards of cleanliness, manage poolside etiquette and maintain a welcoming and organised environment.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful for this role you will have customer service experience, be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:
- Current Frist Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Australian work rights
- Previous experience in hospitality and pool operations advantageous
