About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Project Engineer
to join a leading civil infrastructure project team in New South Wales. This is a night shift role, with an expected duration of
6 to 9 months
, working on high-profile Transport for NSW (TfNSW) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage night shift construction activities across major civil infrastructure works.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of night works.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineering staff on site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of proven experience on Transport for NSW (TfNSW)
    projects.
  • Experience working with
    Tier 2 contractors
    is preferred.
  • Strong background in
    pavement construction
    is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience in
    utilities coordination and construction
    is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to work
    night shifts for a period of 6-9 months
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
