The Role: We're looking for a passionate Solar & Battery Salesperson to join our growing team at our brand-new head office in Indooroopilly, QLD. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help homeowners expand their energy independence. Once you're confident with our systems, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and conduct in-home consultations.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with existing customers to assess their energy needs and recommend solar and battery upgrades or additions
  • Prepare tailored quotes and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, batteries, and EV chargers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in renewable energy sales (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license
