About the Role

Intelligent Home are seeking interest from highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Telecommunications and Security Trainees and Apprentices.

This will be a fulltime position based on a 38hr week Mon – Fri with opportunity for overtime.

Intelligent Home provides Structured Cabling and Security solutions to a large number of residential building companies across Perth ranging from project homes through to custom builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all work carried out is done acknowledging AS/CA S009:2020
  • Assisting with the installation, testing and commissioning of smart wire, CCTV, security, intercom and multi-room audio systems.
  • Reading and interpretating plans to then translate into to practical completion.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform all work tasks safely and productively.

Experiences & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Current Construction Industry White Card.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Experience in the residential construction industry preferred but not essential.
  • Highly organised and motivated team player that contributes to positive work culture.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Current WA driver's licence.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance at work.
