The Opportunity

We're looking for a clinician who loves technology, is fascinated by AI, LLMs, and is excited to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare.

This is a rare opportunity to combine your clinical background with product design in a hands on role helping shape how Medow's AI tools work hand-in-hand with doctors in real-world practice.

As Medow's Clinical AI Product Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of medicine and machine intelligence, refining how AI can deliver maximum impact to our customers.

What You'll Do

  1. Define and deliver AI-driven clinical products: Own and execute product roadmaps for Medow's AI documentation and workflow solutions.
  2. Collaborate directly with leadership: Work closely with our CEO and CTO, who lead product strategy, and our Chief Doctor in Residence, who grounds our AI in real-world clinical needs.
  3. Act as the clinical prompt engineer: Develop, test, and refine prompts for GPT, Claude, and other LLMs to improve the accuracy, tone, and reliability of outputs across specialties.
  4. Bridge clinicians and engineers: Partner with doctors, AI engineers to shape model behaviours, user experiences, and interaction patterns.
  5. Curate and evaluate datasets: Help design and assess datasets that maintain model performance, safety, and specialty-specific nuance.
  6. Champion clinical insight: Translate user feedback and medical context into clear product priorities and design decisions.
  7. Shape the future of clinical AI: Influence how clinicians globally interact with intelligent tools in their daily workflows.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Registered clinician (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of medical documentation, clinical letters, and EHR workflows (ideally across both inpatient and outpatient care).
  • Curious, technical, and creative, you experiment with ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs and enjoy tinkering with prompts to get better results.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to communicate complex medical concepts for non-clinicians (engineers) in a simple and clear way.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to translate complex feedback into structured, testable improvements.
  • Thrive in Startup-environment, iteration, and working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment is like no where else, but it's not for everybody.
  • Experience in product management, clinical informatics, or digital health is valuable but not essential, curiosity and initiative matter most.
