Your new role

As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be managing the lifecycle of workplace hardware and software assets—from acquisition through to final disposition. You will ensure optimal utilisation of assets across the enterprise while driving efficiencies and compliance.

Role and responsibilities:

• Manage logistics of workplace hardware throughout its lifecycle, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatching.
• Record and track asset movements in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate third-party vendors such as couriers and freight providers.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, track, and ship).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high standards for audits.
• Conduct stock audits in warehouses and Tech Lounge sites.
• Create purchase order and asset reporting for ServiceNow input.
• Liaise with logistics suppliers, contractors, and project managers.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

What you need to succeed

• Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 20kgs, manual handling experience.
• Current forklift license (desirable).
• Experience with scanners and stock management systems.
• Interest in IT hardware (desirable).
