An opportunity exists at The Caboolture Hospital to join The Common Good, an initiative of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation,to become a part of our Café team which operates across The Caboolture Hospital, Kedron Emergency Services Complex & The Prince Charles Hospital

Purpose of these Roles

We are seeking skilled team members with experience working in a busy cafe environment.

Reporting to the Cafe Manager, the successful applicant will:

  • Be a competent and experienced Barista
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Have experience in food preparation as well as sandwich making.
  • Be available for anywhere between 15-30 hours per week
  • Be available to work across a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and evening shifts.
  • Potential for permanent position

What you need to Succeed

  • Have previous experience in a busy café environment.
  • Have the ability to handle diverse challenges and work effectively under pressure.
  • Be a good team player and have good interpersonal skills.
