Specific Solutions is a Hunter-based company providing services to the mining industry across the Hunter Region. We specialise in CHPP Supervision, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance, Project Management, and CHPP Production Operators.

As we continue to grow, Specific Solutions are seeking CHPP Trade Operators to join our team on-site in the Upper Hunter Area. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Preference will be given to applicants from Singleton and Muswellbrook.

The successful applicant will require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Electrical or Mechanical Trade (Electricians must have an electrical licence, and/or willing to obtain low voltage rescue and CPR, low voltage training. Mechanical Trade must have or be willing to obtain TRG Hotwork).
  • Prior CHPP experience highly desirable
  • Plant Operation experience advantageous, but not essential
  • Effective communication skills
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to value and follow processes & site-specific procedures
  • Proven commitment to a positive safety culture
  • Work well within a team orientated environment
  • A can-do attitude with a respectful approach within the workplace
  • Ability to work a Lifestyle Roster
