Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term opportunity with a leading international food manufacturer? We're seeking dedicated team members to join our afternoon shift in Wetherill Park, specializing in the production of high-quality spices and seasonings.

What you'll do:

  • Work as a Batch Maker in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Handle and carry materials up to 25kg.
  • Operate production equipment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to strict quality and safety standards.

What you'll need:

  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to handle the strong smells of herbs and spices.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizenship required - No Student Visas).

Bonus Points:

  • Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one within 3 months).

The Perks:

· Afternoon Shift: $42.23

Promoted to $45.61 after few months

  • Consistent afternoon shift hours: 1 pm to 9 pm.
  • Long-term, ongoing work for motivated individuals.
